Transparency & Authenticity
Teams are more efficient in trust and with all the information allowing them to inspect and adapt. Transparency is a value that seems essential to me in any group.Transparency is possible by setting up a climate of authenticity that allows us to listen to and hear the truth and a relationship climate without danger to address difficulties.

Excellence is a path to shared perfection. With an approach of excellence, the way to perfection is as important as a result.
Each step is attainable, allows you to learn from your actions to progress. By collecting feedback, it is possible to refine and share the target to be reached.
Each point of view contributes to improving the end result and enriches the value of perfection, thus collaboratively constructed. Failures or half-success are moments of learning. In summary, each step is a success.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit..” Aristotle
Agent of Chaos
To evolve in a complex world, you have to know how to navigate in uncertainty and become more resilient. By drawing inspiration from Chaos Theory and the practices of Chaos Engineering, it is possible to develop these capacities.
To be an agent of Chaos is to experiment in order to learn by deliberately injecting elements of disturbances to train the system to react.

“Chaos is filled with hope because it heralds a rebirth.” Coline Serreau
