Experienced IT executive providing technology, methodology, organization and processes to improve quality and agility of IT systems & teams.
21 years of experience
Graduated as a general engineer from Ecole des Mines de Nantes, with a specialty in Quality & Safety, I built my experience by creating a quality assurance team in software editors and start-ups, mainly on multi-site environment and offshore team.
Based on this experience, I joined in 2009 the leader in flash-sales, vente-privee.com, to build the test team. Once the team fully setup, I extend my scope to the continuous improvement of our IT project quality: from needs and requirements to deployment in a production environment.
To improve this quality, I defined and contributed to the introduction of the following tools, process and organizations: requirements engineering, software factory, agile methods, release management, continuous integration and delivery, and DevOps. Following this evolution of my scope and to bring DevOps to reality, I became the Head of our IT Quality and Operations Department.
In 2016, I join e.Voyageurs SNCF group to continue the DevOps transformation with an Operational Excellence approach and a pinch of Chaos Engineering. I became Director of Technologies of Rail Europe, the international brand of the group in 2019 where I direct the development and implementation of a Replatforming strategy to renovate all our information system stack.
